You might think there is nothing new under the sun when it comes to photographs of David Bowie. But think again. Snap Galleries’s new exhibition, David Bowie – unseen photographs, will feature unpublished photos from the acclaimed artist in the early stages of his musical career.

The photographs were taken by the photographer Gerald Fearn. He was the brother of “Dek” Fearnley, the bass player of the band The Buzz, who played on Bowie’s very first album. Gerald’s was the colour portrait that appeared on the front cover of David Bowie’s first album, the self-titled 1 June 1967 release David Bowie.
