If there is one thing the French house loves, it’s a fashion theme. Everyone is always anxious to see how Karl Lagerfeld dresses up the Grand Palais next. This week, to present its Haute Couture Spring 2016, Chanel created this beautiful Norwegian inspired house and garden, filled with beautiful Haute Couture dolls.

Models’ hair was swept into a wide bun — a “Chanel croissant,” courtesy of hairstylist Sam McKnight.

Many have described it as the first eco-friendly Haute Couture collection. We’re not sure if it’s the first or if it is truly eco-friendly, but what is true is that Chanel is clearly branching into eco-fashion, or at least eco-architecture…
