Who knew rubber could be so charming? Designer and architect Arielle Assouline-Lichten has launched a beautiful furniture and object collection called Slash Objects and made of 100% recycled rubber.

The Brooklyn-based designer opened her small, multidisciplinary studio Slash Projects in 2013, and since than has been exploring design through varied mediums. From architecture and product design to graphic & web design or even apps.

Using industrial rubber with brass, marble and concrete, the studio designs these very unique pieces, that range from trays, side tables and coasters to table mirrors or candlesticks.
